Employment: Full Time

Job Description:

  • Fulfill the development requirements, project program, achieving project target/goals with high priority of functionality & client satisfaction.
  • Prepare project development brief including design guidelines, time schedule and financial KPI’s.
  • Prepare the sales rollout and monitor the sales revenue to achieve the annual target.
  • Adhere to projects’ budgets and review its feasibility studies and the design development stages (concept, schematic,..etc).
  • Review and prepare marketing materials, sales brief, and sales brochures.
  • Monitor obtaining the Governmental decrees and buildings permits.
  • Site tours to monitor the quality, cost, and time schedule of the project.
  • Follow up on the critical items including the procurement, tender award.


Qualifications

  • BSc of Architecture
  • 5-7 years of experience in Real Estate Development Department.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strong communication, critical, and logical thinking skills.
  • Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-Centric Approach.
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS Office.
