- Ensure Alignment of IT Strategy with MSMEDA Goals.
- Regularly review and update IT plans to adapt to emerging technologies and organizational changes.
- Oversee Application Development and Integration to deliver tailored software solutions that support MSMEDA’s programs and services.
- Manage Database Systems and Data Analytics to provide reliable, secure, and actionable insights from organizational data.
- Oversee the maintenance, optimization, and security of MSMEDA’s databases.
- Maintain and Enhance IT Infrastructure to ensure the availability, scalability, and reliability of technology systems.
- Lead IT Security to protect MSMEDA’s systems, data, and operations from cyber threats.
- Develop and implement comprehensive IT security policies and procedures.
