- Conduct surveys for boundary lines, topography, and land features.
- Utilize GPS, total stations, drones, and other surveying equipment to gather precise data.
- Create detailed maps and drawings representing the surveyed land.
- Analyze land conditions, identify boundaries, easements, rights-of-way, and environmental constraints.
- Provide accurate survey data to aid in the design and planning phases of real estate projects.
- Prepare reports for zoning, subdivision, and property development compliance.
- Assist in assessing land for residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate developments.
- Review and interpret legal documents related to property ownership and boundaries.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to provide necessary surveying data.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.Max 5 years of experience in land surveying within the real estate or construction industry.Survey Engineer who is preferably located in Al-Sadat City or nearby .Proficiency in surveying equipment (e.g., GPS, total stations, drones), software (AutoCAD, GIS, Civil 3D), and data analysis tools.In-depth knowledge of local and federal land use regulations, zoning laws, and building codes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and ability to solve complex surveying challenges.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Project management skills, including time management and budget tracking.
