Sales Representative ( Heavy Trucks )

  • Supports the HCV Sales Manager in the preparation of realistic sales targets and cascades the sales objectives to the sales team.
  • Follows up with reporting sales representatives on the attainment of quantitative and qualitative sales objectives, and provides the sales team with guidance, direction, and support in order to maximize profitable sales and achieve the established sales objectives.
  • Monitors the performance of sales representatives, in terms of commercial efforts, quality of client portfolio (share of wallet, collection, etc.), growth achieved, sales mix, customers’ satisfaction level, and adherence to sales policies and standards.
  • Responsible for the timely reporting on the sales activity and performance
  • Follows up on the collection of due receivables associated with HCV sales
  • Controls costs of the sales team and ensures compliance with the established budget.
  • Participates in and follows up on the management of complaints filed by HCV  customers in the sales region.
  • Demonstrates maturity and capability to assume increased supervisory and administration responsibilities

Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Business & Administration or Equivalent Special Certification or Training Required: N/A Required Industry Experience: 5yrs of experienceTechnological Requirements: Professional use of MS office applicationsLanguage Requirements: Good Command of English Language
