Role Profile
- Support all Customer value management and Segments promotions
- Ensure to Receive scalable & reliable solutions for Promotional offers for production Environment and follow the security and Audit rules.
- Manage day-by-day tasks in queue according to priorities set in Opened operational incidents.
- Work closely with different commercial teams and Development teams to troubleshoot personalized customer offers and complains
- Ensure on-time Handling for Global reported incidents and maintain system availability 24/7
- Plan releases, Downtimes and provide proper support to released packages
Core Competencies & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 0-2 years experience in application support using Java and python
- Excellent knowledge in SQL development and tuning.
- Fair knowledge in different programming and scripting languages.
- Passionate about Quality. A love of writing a bugs-free code, tuning, analysis and troubleshooting through a rigorous scientific approach.
- Team Player. You enjoy collaborating with, learning from, and teaching others so we all can become better. You assume the good intent in others, and actively do your part to create a positive work environment.
- Empathy for customers - a desire to serve customers first. You love to help Vodafone’s customer to get them happy with your developed feature.
