• Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems in all OS Systems (Windows, Android), Computer Applications, Tablets, Multifunction Printers, VOIP IP Phones.
• Install, configure, and maintain printers and resolve related issues.
• Manage attendance devices and surveillance cameras (CCTV and IP).
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of network devices (Switches, Routers) and networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP).


• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.• From 0 to 2 years of experience in the IT Field..• Basics Knowledge in A+, N+, CCNA, MCSA.• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients.
