- Preparing daily accounting records and journal entries.
- Record receivable invoices and also performing reconciliations.
- Record payable invoices and also performing reconciliations.
- Record general ledger entries.
- Review payroll and fixed assets.
- Assisting in the reviewing of records, expenses and other documentation.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly and yearly closings.
- Ensuring compliance with tax, all legal regulations and the company’s regulations.
- Conduct monthly physical inventory for RM , WIP and FG.
BS degree in Accounting.Experience in accounting field 1-3 Years.Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken.Experience with accounting software (e.g. ERP).Strong computer skills, MS Excel.Solid knowledge of accounting principles, laws and Tax.
