We are a growing digital marketing agency seeking a proactive Junior/Mid-Level SEO Specialist.

In this role, you will help drive organic traffic, improve search engine visibility, and contribute to our client’s growth by implementing SEO strategies, optimizing content, and analyzing performance metrics.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Keyword Research and Analysis

Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant search terms and high-traffic opportunities.
Analyze keyword competitiveness and search intent to prioritize targets for optimization.
2. On-Page SEO Optimization

Optimize website elements, including meta titles, tags, headings, and internal links, to improve organic rankings.
Implement on-page SEO best practices for keyword placement, content structure, and URL formatting.
3. Content Strategy and Development

Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content aligned with target keywords and user intent.
Ensure all content is high-quality, relevant, and adheres to SEO guidelines and best practices.
4. Technical SEO Audits and Implementation

Conduct audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and performance issues.
Implement technical SEO enhancements such as schema markup, canonical tags, and site structure optimization.
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party platforms to monitor performance.
Track metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions to assess effectiveness.
Prepare reports and actionable insights for stakeholders to guide strategy adjustments.
 

Qualifications

Required:

Experience and Knowledge:

1–3 years of experience in SEO or a related field.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing SEO recommendations.
Familiarity with website performance optimization (e.g., page speed, mobile friendliness).
Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Drupal).
Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
Strong understanding of key SEO metrics like organic traffic, rankings, and click-through rates.
Project and Client Management:

Proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client reporting and collaboration.
Ability to explain SEO strategies and results to non-technical stakeholders.
