IT Specialist Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and first line network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, OS, software, and peripherals.
  • Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, ensuring timely resolution.
  • First Line Support network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to implement system upgrades and patches.
  • Document technical procedures, issue resolutions, and system configurations.
  • Good Knowledge for CCTV (analog , IP)
  • Good Knowledge VOIP 
  • IT stock and assist management 
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server and  Active Directory
  • Hands-on experience with networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware ) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 administration and other cloud-based platforms.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, are a plus.
