Sales Representative

  • Arranging appointments for client interviews and visits.
  • Keep detailed records of all contacts.
  • Developing a network of social relations and cooperating with customer data sources.
  • eligibility of customers to contract and ensuring that they are within the target segment for marketing and selling.
  • Talking to customers about their needs and getting to know their likes or dislikes and their financial capabilities to suggest appropriate financing solutions for them.
  • Negotiating with clients and reading signs of desire to join in order to reach an agreement to join or obtain membership with the client being handed over to the Membership and Subscriptions Department.
  • Knowing the reasons for customer objection and dealing with objections.
  • Reach and exceed monthly and annual sales targets if applicable.
  • Winning new clients as well as developing long term relationships with existing clients.
  • Attending periodic sales management meetings and presenting and analyzing data on sales activities to improve results.
  • Sending weekly reports on sales and the status of each customer to the sales team leader.
  • Monitoring the activity of competitors and the services provided by competitors to their clients and the current best practices in the markets related to the activity of sports clubs.
