- Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of services.
- Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the services as per their needs
- Research and identify new contacts through databases to generate more qualified leads, and potential clients.
- Connect with prospects by calling, emailing, or engaging on social media to generate an interest in our platform.
- Report directly to the Business Development Manager..
- Achieve quarterly  cash targets.


Business Development ManagerBusiness Development Manager● Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role● Proven sales track record● Experience in customer support is a plus● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)● Proficiency in English● Market knowledge● Communication and negotiation skills● Ability to build rapport● Time management and planning skills● BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
