Quality Control Engineer (Chemist)

Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control: Perform regular inspections, tests, and audits on the blown film products to ensure they meet required specifications, customer expectations, and regulatory standards.
- Process Monitoring: Oversee and optimize the quality control process for blown film extrusion and converting operations.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Identify quality issues, troubleshoot problems, and recommend corrective actions to minimize defects and ensure consistent product quality.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality control inspections, test results, and product specifications in line with company policies and standards.
- Compliance: Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with international quality standards, ISO certifications, and local regulatory 
requirements.
- Supplier Quality Assurance: Evaluate and monitor the quality of raw materials and components used in the production of blown films, working with suppliers to address any quality concerns.

 


Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in science (Chemical) or relevantPrevious work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar roleGreat attention to detail and problem-solving abilities In-depth knowledge of blown film extrusion processes. Knowledge of film properties, film manufacturing technologies, and quality control equipment.Good analytical skillsAdditional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus
