• Check and operate sound, light and presentation screens equipment for events and performances, setting up and installing microphones, video monitors, projectors, speakers and camera video as per request.
  • Conducting sound, visual and performance quality checks on AV equipment.
  • Operate and support theatre and small halls sound – visual equipment during live events.
  • Meeting with event coordinators to discuss audio, lighting and video requirements and arrangements according to shows required.
  • Troubleshooting and ensuring events run smoothly and Troubleshooting Audio-Video equipment or technical problems.
  • Assist in performances and deal with technical emergencies or issues.
  • Provide basic instruction on the use of AV equipment to teachers and students as necessary.
  • Attend teacher’s meetings and training sessions for staff after official working hours on a weekly or monthly basis according to the request to use the theatre or small halls.
  • Disassembling audio and visual equipment and packing up after the outside events.
  •  Clean and maintain equipment, report damage to the Audio-Visual Manager.
  • Carry out safety check and deal with faults.
  • Assist with the weekly, monthly and Yearly inventory of AV equipment.

Ability to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and perform repairs to audio and video equipment.Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation.Records maintenance skills.Knowledge of inventory management practices.
