This role is responsible for implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, managing daily HR operations, and ensuring the efficient execution of all HR functions. It focuses on creating a positive and inclusive workplace by operationalizing core values, driving initiatives to improve employee well-being, and executing programs that enhance engagement and retention.



  • Ensuring Alignment with GS Group Policies and Standards: Collaborate with GS Group to align local policies with global standards, ensuring coherence across the organization while addressing local regulatory and business needs.

  • Implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures aligned with Group GS to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive business performance.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify workforce trends and plan for talent needs.

  • Drive initiatives to enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention.

  • Develop and monitor HR metrics to assess the impact of HR initiatives.

  • Foster a positive organizational culture by developing and promoting core values.

  • Lead internal communication strategies to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.

  • Develop programs and initiatives in coordination with GS Group to enhance employee engagement and morale.

  • Implement effective workforce planning to ensure staffing aligns with business demands.

  • Oversee recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent.

  • Design and manage employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice aligned with company marketing strategy.

  • Manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance and employee growth.

  • Develop and oversee training and development programs to build employee skills and leadership capabilities.

  • Provide guidance on career development and succession planning.

  • Promote leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.

  • Coordinate with central compensation and benefits team to administer all compensation and benefits plans.

  • Lead, coach, and mentor the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

  • Develop individual and team objectives that align with HR and organizational goals.

  • Foster a collaborative and a learning organization.

  • Ensures HRIS and other systems are consistently updated and maintained
