Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in land surveying within the real estate or construction industry.Proficiency in surveying equipment (e.g., GPS, total stations, drones), software (AutoCAD, GIS, Civil 3D), and data analysis tools.In-depth knowledge of local and federal land use regulations, zoning laws, and building codes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and ability to solve complex surveying challenges.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Project management skills, including time management and budget tracking.
