• Provide and ensure the timely delivery of all necessary technical documents such as drawings, manuals, and instructions.
• Conduct and closely monitor the quantity surveying process for all work before and after.
• Track and manage the documentation related to claims and variation orders.
• Ensure that all drawings, documentation, and records being utilized undergo thorough review and approval by the consultant.
• Prepare a comprehensive time schedule that compares the progress of executed work with the planned schedule.
• Follow up on invoice payments from the client and maintain a detailed log.
• Prepare monthly reports that present the status of the invoices and completed work.
• Prepare and verify the accuracy of client and subcontractors invoices.
• Review and track the project's time schedule and effectively control project costs.
• Review and monitor material requests, ensuring effective control of material takeoff for construction purposes.
• Study and prepare project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.)
• Prepare variation orders and claims throughout the project and submit them to project consultant.
• Ensure site team is informed of updated drawings and specs.
• Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consult
• Ability to Create 3D Presentations.
• Determining and characterizing the suitable pumps for the irrigation network, designing irrigation networks and preparing hydraulic calculations for them.


BSc degree in Agriculture Engineering.Experience 3: 5 years in the same role in construction companies.Must have infrastructure & Landscape experience.2D and 3D Drawing Skills.
