HR Supervisor

Location: New Cairo

Future University in Egypt is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Supervisor to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, and data analysis. Experience within the higher education sector is preferred. The role requires strong expertise in using recruitment channels and social media platforms to attract and select top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end HR functions, with a focus on recruitment, talent management, and employee development.
• Lead recruitment campaigns, utilizing social media, job boards, and other digital channels to attract diverse candidates.
• Implement and manage talent management strategies to identify, develop, and retain key talent.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and improve recruitment and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored HR solutions.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment and talent management.
• Advanced degree or certification in HR or a related field is preferred.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Excellent English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in using recruitment channels and social media for talent acquisition.
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in the higher education sector is preferred.
