Quality Manager (Textile Manufacturing)
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee the quality assurance and control processes in our textile manufacturing facility. The role ensures that all products meet required standards and customer specifications while driving continuous improvement across the production processes.
Key Responsibilities:1. Quality Management System (QMS):• Develop, implement, and maintain QMS in compliance with industry standards.• Conduct regular audits of processes and systems to ensure adherence to standards.2. Inspection & Testing:• Oversee raw material, in-process, and finished goods inspections.• Ensure proper testing procedures for yarn, fabric, dyeing, and finished textiles.• Analyze test results and take corrective action to address defects.Qualifications:• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in quality management, preferably in textile manufacturing.• Skills:• Strong knowledge of textile processes (spinning, weaving, dyeing, etc.).• Proficiency in quality tools.• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.• Leadership and team management capabilities.• Familiarity with industry standards.
