- Inventory Management: Oversee all bulk inventory operations, including receiving, storage, blending, and dispatch, while ensuring accuracy and traceability.
- Compliance: Implement and enforce safety and regulatory standards related to bulk storage.
- Coordination: Collaborate with Ports Operations, Fleet Operations, and customers to align inventory levels with project needs.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed inventory reports for management review and external audits.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance inventory management efficiency and reduce capacity mismatches.
- Team Leadership: Train and guide team members on inventory procedures and system usage, especially within AX 365 ERP systems.
