Assistant Brand Manager

Job Purpose:

Developing and implementing effective brand strategies. Will contribute to brand planning, marketing campaigns, and product launches, ensuring brand consistency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy:

  • Support the development and implementation of brand strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in developing brand positioning and messaging.

Product Development:

  • Contribute to new product development initiatives, including concept generation, packaging design, and product launches.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend adjustments to the product portfolio.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, TV, etc.).
  • Develop creative briefs and work with agencies to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts.

Brand Management:

  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and report on key findings.
  • Identify and address brand challenges and opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies and suppliers.

Qualifications and Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.Experience: 2-3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in FMCG.Skills:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Creativity and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.Knowledge of product pricing, packaging, distribution, and positioning
