Job Description
- Increase turnover, profit and market share of Automotive Aftermarket sales Egypt;
- Ensure targets achievement under consideration of available resources;
- Responsible for all Independent Aftermarket Market (IAM) activities in these country on distributor, wholesaler and workshop level;
- Lead all sales associates in the country as well as disciplinary leader of Customer Supply Chain Services and Technical Services as far as target manager is not located in the same country;
- Anticipate trends and their impact on own area of responsibility;
- Establish, maintain and develop customer relationships: Drive and support acquisition of new customers which fit the Automotive Aftermarket strategy;
- Negotiate, agree and confirm annual customer agreements/contracts: personally or supported by KAM (Key Account Manager);
- Support expansion of Bosch Service network;
- Systematic realization and exploitation of business opportunities and systematic introduction of new products;
- Conclusion of target agreements with customers at the beginning of each year, systematic follow-up during the year;
- Regular market/customer visits with possibility of frequent travel;
- Arranging for regular sales-oriented product trainings;
- Implement project planning and management, project presentation and documentation / project controlling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or master degree in engineering or business;
- Arabic native speaker, fluent English skills required.
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams;
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative;
- Availability to travel and work extensively in the spare parts market;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Familiar with working in a Multinational / Corporate environment;
- Solid communication skills in English (Speak / Read / Write);
- Proficiency in MS Office packages, Outlook and SAP.
