Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their technical needs.
- Possess a deep understanding of our products and services to articulate their value proposition.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Mentor and coach the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Engineering.Proven Experience 8-15 Years .Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex concepts.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Self-motivated and results-oriented.
