Job Summary:
The Agriculture Machines Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of agricultural Farms machinery and equipment. This role involves managing a team of technicians, ensuring that all farm machinery operates efficiently such as agriculture tractors, pivots… etc, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.Experience:Minimum of 15+ years of experience in agricultural machinery maintenance, with at least 10 years in a Management role.Technical Skills:• Strong knowledge of agricultural machinery, engines, and repair techniques.• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsWork Nature:• Involvement in hands-on maintenance work as needed.• Potentially working in various weather conditions and environments.• Typically based on a farm or agricultural facility, with both office and outdoor settings.• May require flexibility in hours, including on-call availability during peak seasons.• Availability for on-call duties during peak seasons or emergencies
