- Create and manage detailed mechanical BIM models using Revit or other BIM software.
- Work closely with architectural, electrical, and structural engineers to integrate mechanical systems within the overall building design.
- Produce mechanical construction documents, schedules, and specifications.
- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in the BIM models.
- Engage in BIM coordination meetings and collaborate with project teams.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control checks on mechanical models.
- Provide technical support and expertise to ensure project success.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical 3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical BIM modeling Proficiency in Revit and other relevant BIM software for mechanical engineering.Understanding of mechanical systems, codes, standards, and construction practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.Flexible to work outside Cairo
