Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Proficiency in production planning software and MS Office Suite.Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
