Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Technical Presales Specialist to join our team in our office in Egypt . The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by responding to RFQ/RFP/RFIs, understanding customer needs, and drafting tailored IT solutions. This role demands fluency in Arabic and English, strong technical knowledge, and exceptional business acumen to bridge the gap between customer requirements and our technology offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
Presales Activities:
Analyze and respond to RFQ/RFP/RFI documents by translating them from Arabic to English for internal teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and goals.
Design and propose IT solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with company offerings.
Solution Development:
Collaborate with internal technical and business teams to draft comprehensive proposals.
Develop detailed technical and commercial documentation, including solution architecture, cost estimates, and implementation timelines.
Present proposed solutions to clients, addressing technical and business queries effectively.
Market and Technology Expertise:
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to the KSA market.
Build a strong understanding of the company’s product and service portfolio to position solutions effectively.
Administrative and Strategic Input:
Manage the complete presales cycle, ensuring timely submission of high-quality responses to RFQs/RFPs.
Provide insights to management on customer feedback and market dynamics to refine business strategies.
Support strategic initiatives for expanding the company’s footprint in KSA.

Key Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
Education: Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: +3 years in business development or presales roles in the IT industry, preferably in the Middle East.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, and emerging technologies (e.g., cloud computing, AI, BI, cybersecurity etc.).
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in proposal writing and bid management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience with Saudi procurement portals like Etimad.
Prior exposure to RFQ/RFP translation and documentation processes.
Understanding of local business culture and client expectations in Middle East.
