- Recruitment : Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing .
- Onboarding : Responsible for orientation program & onboarding new hires .
- Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal system .
- Training & Development: Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs across plants
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Policy Development: Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures to align with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to boost employee morale and satisfaction .
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in similar industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office .
