- Monitor the performance of factory and equipment and revise maintenance schedules as necessary to ensure their continued effective performance.
- Assist The Maintenance Manager to Achieve the highest availability for all Equipment in the plants.
- Leading a working team of technicians for applying the maintenance plan activities from preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Responding immediately to Troubleshoot, Fixing faults and arranging for replacements to be installed for equipment breakdowns.
- Follow all company procedures in quality and safety.
- Assist in training technicians whenever required to increase work efficiency.
- Review daily maintenance inspection reports & work orders.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.3-5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance.Strong experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical machinery in a production facility.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze mechanical failures and provide effective solutions.Must Have Experience in (Pumps - Machines - Gear boxes).Solid understanding of preventive maintenance, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and condition-based monitoring techniques.Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, management, and vendors.
