We are seeking an Accountant with a both writing skills and a background in accounting to craft advanced, high-quality documentation for our ERP and business software products. This role is not just about technical writing—it’s about creating content that bridges the gap between accounting professionals and software functionality.
The ideal candidate will deeply understand accounting workflows, financial reporting structures, and the operational requirements of businesses. You’ll work to ensure that our software documentation and manual guides supports users in navigating, understanding, and leveraging financial and operational features within our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Comprehensive Documentation: Create manuals, guides, and tutorials that explain how the software supports accounting and financial processes within business systems.
Bridge Accounting and Software: Translate advanced accounting and financial operations into clear, user-friendly content.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with accountants, product managers, and developers to gain insight into the software's functionality and its alignment with accounting best practices.
Ensure Alignment: Maintain accuracy and relevance in documentation to reflect evolving accounting standards and business needs.
Enhance Accessibility: Edit and refine materials to ensure they are practical and useful for accounting professionals and decision-makers.
Incorporate Feedback: Continuously improve & update our systems' documentation based on input from users and internal stakeholders
Job Requirements:Qualifications:Strong foundation in Accounting or Finance, with experience in business or enterprise-level accounting workflows.Ability to understand financial and accounting concepts and explain them.Ability to understand and document the integration of accounting functions within software systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.Familiarity with ERP systems or other advanced financial software solutions is highly advantageous.Detail-oriented, with a focus on simplifying complex information for diverse audiences.Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., MS Office).Preferred Skills:Familiar with any ERP or enterprise accounting systems.Knowledge of professional writing practices, tailored for financial and accounting professionals.Understanding of how software systems facilitate financial and operational decision-making.
