- Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.
- Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to design, specifications, safety standards, and quality control.
- Monitor the performance of contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate and communicate regularly with the Client, Contractor, and other engineers to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant construction codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
- Track construction progress and compare it to the project schedule.
- Ensure that the work is progressing according to timelines and advise on any potential delays or bottlenecks.
- Maintain a daily log of site activities, including workforce, materials used, and any changes in the work
- Ensure that all contractual requirements are adhered to during construction.
- Review and approve contractor progress claims, invoices, and work schedules.
- Monitor the accuracy and completeness of as-built drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Maintain detailed records of all construction activities, inspections, and meetings.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions to the client or project manager.
- Document and file any site changes, delays, or incidents.
- Provide technical expertise and advice to contractors and the project team during the construction phase.
- Interpret and clarify design documents, construction drawings, and specifications.
- Assist in addressing any design-related issues or modifications that may arise during the project.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 15 years of experiencePMP Certification is a plus
