Branch Sales Manager (Retail & Key Account) -Dairy Products

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Proven branch management experience or similar roleSufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practisesAbility to meet sales targets and production goalsFamiliarity with industry’s rules and regulationsExcellent organizational skillsResults driven and customer focusedLeadership and human resources management skillsBS in Business Administration or related fieldExperience in the field of dairy, cheese and fresh juices is preferredExperience as a sales branch manager for more than 3 years - The age is not more than 45 years  Residents of Alexandria only .
