Senior Telesales Agent / Real Estate

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Contact potential clients through outbound calls using provided lead lists, online inquiries, and referrals.
  • Identify and qualify leads by determining the prospect's needs, budget, and interest in purchasing or renting real estate properties.
  • Research and identify new prospects within the target market, leveraging databases, social media, and other platforms.

Property Promotion:

  • Present and explain the features, benefits, and value of properties to prospective clients.
  • Provide detailed information on available real estate properties (e.g., residential, commercial, rental units) including pricing, availability, and location.
  • Schedule property viewings or meetings with clients to further promote properties.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Follow up with prospects who have shown interest in properties to answer questions, address concerns, and encourage them to move forward in the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date information on lead status and communications.

Sales Conversion:

  • Close sales by guiding prospects through the process and helping them make decisions to purchase or lease properties.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by the company.
  • Overcome objections and resolve issues related to the sales process or properties to ensure a smooth transaction.

Market Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about current real estate market trends, property prices, and developments in the local area.
  • Keep up-to-date with the company’s property portfolio, including any new listings, promotions, or changes in availability.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Report daily, weekly, and monthly on sales activities, lead conversions, and progress toward goals.
  • Share feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help shape future sales strategies.

Customer Service:

  • Provide top-tier customer service to prospective buyers and tenants by answering questions, providing solutions, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales calls, lead details, and customer interactions.
  • Ensure that all required documentation and forms are completed in a timely manner for processing sales.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate is a plus.Experience: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer service role, preferably in real estate or sales.Skills:Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and tailor sales pitches to their needs.Excellent listening skills and the ability to address client concerns effectively.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
