Key Responsibilities:
A. Lead Improvement Projects: Identify, prioritize, and lead process improvement projects across various departments, focusing on achieving operational excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction.
B. Analyze VOC Feedback: Collect and analyze data from VOC channels to identify recurring issues, defects, and areas for improvement. Develop action plans to address and resolve these issues.
C. Drive Lean Methodology: Implement Lean tools and techniques, such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis, to eliminate waste, optimize processes, and improve productivity.
D. Prioritize Defect Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize defects based on customer impact and operational relevance, ensuring a systematic approach to resolving issues.
E. Monitor and Report Progress: Track the performance of improvement projects, providing regular updates and reports to the Head of TQM, with insights on project outcomes, metrics, and areas for further optimization.
F. Ensure Compliance with ISO Standards: Work to maintain and improve adherence to ISO standards across
Skills & Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Lean or Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) are a plus. Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in operational excellence, Lean, and quality management, preferably within service or industrial settings. Lean Project Leadership: Proven track record of leading Lean projects, using tools like 5S, Kaizen, DMAIC, and others to drive impactful process improvements. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to resolve issues effectively. VOC Management: Experience in managing and prioritizing customer feedback, with a focus on identifying defects and initiating corrective actions. ISO Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO standards, ensuring compliance and integration into daily operations. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate project outcomes clearly and effectively.
