We are seeking a Container Loading Coordinator to manage and oversee the loading process of fresh fruit containers. This role involves ensuring that pallets are loaded accurately, inspections are conducted in compliance with regulations, and client requirements are met. The ideal candidate will work closely with warehouse teams, agricultural engineers, and regulatory authorities to ensure the efficient and accurate execution of loading operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the loading of containers with pallets of fresh fruits, ensuring proper placement and securing of goods.
• Coordinate and oversee inspections with Plant Quarantine and Food Safety authorities.
• Ensure client stickers and labels are correctly applied to fruit boxes according to client specifications.
• Prepare and submit inspection reports from agricultural engineers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Record all incoming and outgoing pallets to maintain accurate warehouse stock records.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to track inventory and ensure the proper storage and handling of goods.
• Verify that goods are loaded into the correct containers, following proper procedures and standards.
• Ensure compliance with all export regulations and client requirements.
