Role Summary
Acts as the focal point for all people-related activities pertaining to the assigned unit. Partners with Managers, other P&O functions, and employees to ensure all P&O programs and policies are properly implemented within assigned units. Handles all operational P&O matters ensuring that ADES satisfies the industry standards, country regulations, and client training and personnel requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Workforce Planning: Partner with Rig Managers to implement a staffing plan that ensures the rig is adequately staffed to maintain seamless operations, taking into account the required manpower and skill sets, within a specified timeframe.
- Seamless Hiring and Onboarding: Oversee the entire hiring and onboarding process for crew and guaranteeing that all hires are onboarded smoothly and on time as per relevant local laws and company policies.
- Dynamic Crew Management: Regularly update and manage the crew change and mobilization plan with Rig Managers to ensure seamless transitions and operational efficiency.
- Accurate Payroll & Timesheets: Ensure accuracy in monthly timesheets and payroll details for assigned rigs, consolidating them into the Monthly Effects sheet on schedule for payroll processing.
- Data Integrity & Management: Maintain and update all employee data and transactions across all P&OIS platforms ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Comprehensive Employee Management: Manage onboarding, exits, and benefits enrollment. Handle issuing of exit documents, settlement finalization with payroll, and ensure compliance with ADES and local labor laws.
- Training Coordination: Confirm and oversee the rig's training plan quarterly, working with the Training team and logistics to ensure required training is completed and certifications are updated in the system.
- Employee Discipline: Manage employee discipline including any required investigations, advising rig managers or applying disciplinary actions in accordance to company policy and local laws.
- Performance & Evaluation Oversight: Follow up on Performance Appraisals and Probation Period Evaluations with Rig Managers to ensure timely completion according to company guidelines.
- Field Engagement: Conduct periodic rig visits as per set targets, ensuring on-the-ground engagement and oversight.
- Succession Planning: Ensuring the effective implementation of succession planning process of rig crew including identifying successors of each key position, time to be ready, and required development.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.2-4 years of experience in the HR Operations.Practical experience with ERP systems
