- Project Management: Assist with special projects, track progress, and follow up to ensure tasks are completed with HR, Accountant and operation, so it’s supposed to have excellent skills in mathematics and accounting.
- Finance Management: follow up and track some activities related to budget and accountant, again you MUST have excellent skills in mathematics and accountant.
- Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Executive Support: Provide high-level of administrative support to the CEO.
- Document Management: Prepare and manage documents, presentations, and reports for meetings or board sessions. Ensure all materials are accurate and delivered on time. In addition to make an audit in some cases.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to company operations, strategy.
- Finance Management: follow up and track some activities related to budget and accountant. It’s a must to have mathematics mind set and mentality.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, board members, staff, and external partners on behalf of the CEO.
- Operational Support: Assist in the development and implementation of administrative, HR and accounting systems and processes that improve efficiency in operation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in executive assistant role, preferably with exposure to senior leadership.Skills:Fluent in English and Arabic. Written, speaking and reading.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and Arabic.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask.Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of local business culture in Egypt is a plus.Personal Attributes:Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Professional demeanor and appearance.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
