Purpose of the job:

Developing, planning, organizing and evaluating employees & staff training and development programs for the technology & digital teams.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • \tConduct TNA meetings to identify gaps in skills and knowledge among employees, and to prepare annual learning catalogues & development plans.
  • \tEnsure implementation of the training plan as agreed with stakeholders.
  • \tAssists in designing the training programs to achieve the training needs of all departments.
  • \tFollow up the execution of the development plans according to the annual training plan.
  • \tProvide proper solutions to facilitate the implementation of the training programs.
  • \tReview the development plan on monthly basis to evaluate its effectiveness
  • \tPrepare & Review the financial and technical offers that include the required training needs, number of trainees / participants background, training schedule, venue of training, and training no of rounds, and sends them to the training provider.
  • \tDevelop & send a report of the training activity achieved on monthly basis.
  • \tWork on RFPs & review suppliers proposals.
  • \tTrack the training budget versus expenses for the concerned departments.
  • \tConduct the required analysis for Training Budget needs.
  • \tFollow up the Payment Cycle to ensure that all the invoices are paid to providers on time.
  • \tDevelop channels to stay connected with employees and assess potential needs.
  • \tMeasuring Learning Impact by taking participants feedback and Instructors feedback during and after sessions
  • \tDevelop effective training materials if needed

Job specification:

Education:

1.\tBachelors degree in Telecom /communications engineering or Business Informatics

1.\tCertificate/Diploma in HR or training is preferred; or previous Training.

Experience:

1.\tUp to 5 years of experience, 3 of which in a similar field in a corporate environment.

2.\tGood knowledge of training providers in Egypt and the Middle East.

3.\tGood knowledge of learning & Development tools and processes

4.\tStrong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and e-learning platforms.
