What you’ll do

Role profile:
•    Managing Antifraud through detecting and simulating the fraudulent acts, recommending preventive actions, eliminate repetition, resolve chronic issues, speed-up resolution of high-impact problems, early detect revenue leakage and eliminate their revenue loss impact.
•    Responsible for analyzing data from different sources, implementing, and testing fraud behaviors and listing KPIs needed for detecting root cause and monetizing the revenue loss.
•    Responsible for monitoring network KPIs and reporting abnormalities to the concerned teams for fixing.
•    Enhancing operational tools for better detection and management the root cause of revenue loss to the market either fraud behavior or systems gaps.
•    Creating and developing periodic ad-hoc reports for measuring KPIs and early detection of any fraud cases or revenue-effecting behaviors or problems.
•    Ensuring that all services within the revenue assurance domain in technology are efficiently managed according to the highest possible quality level and latest design and efficient process.
•    Automating solutions to enhance operational day to day.
•    Excellent Agile and product management skills.
•    Excellent SQL & Python experience.
•    Good Experience in Network flow and Architecture for mobile and fixed network.
•    Excellent communication skills 
•    Working under pressure.
•    Fast learner and Self-dependent.
•    Having creativity to initiate out of the box ideas targeting operational excellence.    
•    Excellent technical & Analytical skills.
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written mainly in English. 

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
•    B.SC of Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer science.
•    Software development background.
•    Min 5 years’ experience in analytics and telecom.
•    Min 1 year experience in Agile. (is a plus)
