Job Description 

Job Title:        Financial Analyst

Department:  Finance

Reporting to:  Accounting Manager

What you’ll be doing

Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting decision-making by gathering data, conducting analyses, and providing actionable insights. This position involves financial forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and performance monitoring to ensure the company achieves its strategic and financial goals.

Major Duties:

• Prepare detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models for decision-making support.
• Analyze financial data to assess company performance and profitability.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Identify key financial metrics and recommend actions to improve performance. 
• Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and growth strategies.
• Support strategic decision-making through detailed analysis of market trends and competitor performance.
• Provide insights into resource allocation and financial feasibility of projects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and sales, to gather inputs for forecasts and reports.
• Support audits and collaborate with external stakeholders, such as investors or regulatory bodies.
• Monitor financial risks and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Assist in implementing controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
