  • Assist in developing and implementing plans
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to analyze market trends, report results and develop a Sales Team to execute the  strategy and achieve objectives
  • Analyze local market trends and develop new business leads
  • Contribute to the strategy, and manage the departments' adherence to achieving that strategy
  • Understand the competitive market place and implement approaches to stay ahead in the local market
  • Develop new corporate deals
  • Ensure the Sales Team Members are developed effectively and generate a culture of high-quality standards and pro-active 
  • Develop and implement creative local marketing channels including social media sites
  • Work within current business strategies and recognize potential opportunities
    Organize Sales events to develop new business leads
    Report on a weekly/monthly basis appointments, calls made, and list of business leads



     

Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager,  Operation Manager Or Sales ManagerExperience in providing customer service supportExcellent knowledge of management methods and techniquesAbility to think strategically and to leadStrong client-facing and communication skillsAdvanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
