  • Recruitment & Sourcing: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles across real estate functions, including sales, development, property management, and construction.
  • Job Postings & Advertisements: Create and post detailed, engaging job descriptions on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, industry-specific forums).
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews with relevant hiring managers.
  • Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of real estate professionals by networking and leveraging industry connections.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, skill requirements, and team culture to find the best fit for each position.
  • Market Research: Stay current with trends in real estate talent acquisition and identify innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Support initiatives to attract a diverse candidate pool, contributing to an inclusive and equitable work environment.

2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the real estate or construction industry or facility & maintenance organizations. BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant fieldProven experience in sourcing candidates across various platforms, with a strong understanding of talent acquisition tools and software.Familiarity with the recruitment challenges and unique demands of the real estate sector (sales, project management, construction).Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage candidates effectively.Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to juggle multiple roles and deadlines.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
