Senior Fleet Sales Representative (Out door)

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed annual sales targets for fleet vehicles and related products.
  • Target new fleet customers by prospecting and generating leads through networking, referrals, cold-calling, and strategic outreach.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, adjusting sales tactics accordingly.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing fleet customers, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within businesses, corporations, and government sectors.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions, including vehicle models, financing, leasing, and service packages.
  • Negotiate and close fleet deals, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both the company and the customer.
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on vehicle selection, financing options, and service packages, positioning the company as a trusted partner.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and fleet presentations to highlight vehicle features, benefits, and total cost of ownership.
  • Offer tailored solutions based on customers’ fleet needs (e.g., specific vehicle models, fuel efficiency, maintenance requirements, etc.
  • Lead negotiations for pricing, contracts, and terms for fleet sales, ensuring profitability while meeting customer needs.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure customers receive high-quality after-sales support, including follow-up services and maintenance programs.

 

 


strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).+3 years of proven experience in fleet sales or automotive sales, with a strong understanding of fleet management.Strong knowledge of vehicle products, pricing strategies, and financing options.Demonstrated ability to close large deals and manage complex negotiations.
