Procurement Specialist

-Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with organizational objectives.
-Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
-Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and cost-effective purchasing opportunities.
-Review and analyze purchase requisitions, initiate requests for proposals (RFPs), and manage the procurement process.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations throughout the procurement cycle.
-Monitor supplier performance, including delivery times, quality, and pricing, and address any issues or concerns.
-Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier information.


-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.-Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry.-Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.-Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.-Excellent negotiation and communication skills.-Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.-Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in procurement documentation.-Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
