Office Manager & Excutive Assistant


Position Summary


We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager & Executive Assistant to ensure the smooth operation of our travel agency’s head office. This individual will also take on HR responsibilities and provide direct support to the CEO. In addition to travel-related duties, the candidate will assist the CEO in managing projects in hospitality and car cleaning services.


Key Responsibilities


Office Management


• Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

• Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.

• Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.


Human Resources


• Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.

• Maintain employee records and assist in payroll coordination.

• Monitor employee attendance, performance, and leave management.

• Organize training sessions and assist in employee development initiatives.

• Address employee concerns and escalate issues to the CEO when necessary.


Executive Assistance to CEO


• Manage the CEO’s schedule, organize meetings, and handle correspondence.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.

• Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, prioritizing tasks and communications.

• Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the CEO.


Support for Additional Business Units


• Assist the CEO with tasks related to hospitality projects, such as hotel operations and property management.

• Provide operational support for car cleaning services, including scheduling, quality control, and client communication.


Qualifications and Skills


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in office management, HR, or as an executive assistant.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.

• High level of discretion and confidentiality.

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
