- Set the training curriculum for each brand with respect to brands’ requirements & departments’ needs.
- Communicate with brands’ HQ.
- Coach & guide the trainers (TTT).
- Conduct advanced training for staff & management level training.
- Responsible for achieving the department’s goals.
- Organize annual skill contests (Sales & Aftersales) for each brand.
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. Years of Experience (10-15 Years)An Automotive Background is a must
