- Search & participate in relevant events to reach our target segment.
- Plan & Organize special events to promote and educate existing & new partners about WHAM services.
- Explore new channels to attract new clients.
- Manage the execution of the digital content with the videographer and social media executive under the supervision of the marketing manager (Cairo).
- Work as an assistant producer with the videographer to shoot the in-clinic content (managing the clinic booking and the Doctor’s appointments) (Cairo).
- Manage our Exclusive Doctors accounts in Alexandria and be responsible for briefing them before the photo/video shoot.
- Prepare the materials, documents and products needed for all events & activations.
- Submit required reports about competitors, events and partnership deals or any reports assigned by the marketing manager.
- Coordinate with the suppliers for the best products and materials price quotations & quality.
- Develop and execute digital content ideas under the supervision of the marketing manager.
- Supervise the Ushers in all events ( Cairo) in all related tasks.
- Follow up Branches requests (Paper Bags, Signage, Flyers, Stickers, etc. ).
- Understands the changing nature of the role and adapts to changing and growing tasks as the organization develops and expands.
- Follows any additional work tasks not outlined above but related to job function as requested by line Manager.
