Bachelor's Degree
Technical Office specialization and relevant Engineering experience.
Certification as required.
Related work experience in RIVET and BIM Office Work, Technical, Documentation, Planning and Control.
10+ years of experience in Engineering, drafting and BIM modeling (especially RIVET). Having worked with Engineering offices or within Engineering departments of Major Contractors at least 4 years as BIM department head or BIM Manager
Ability to persuade others about Objectives.
Good managing people skills.
Ability to plan effectively.
Work under pressure and to deadlines.
Detail- oriented.
Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Excellent and Professional knowledge on Auto CAD, Auto desk and other software related to BIM.
Understanding of Engineering and shop drawings processes.

A. Role Purpose:
Overseeing CTO BIM matters for long-term as well as the day-to-day works and assignments. Regularly works alongside with CTO Technical Manager to provide BIM activities to projects, implements BIM strategies, policies, standards and practices.
B. Key Accountabilities:

Reviews, discusses and implements BIM strategies, policies, standards and practices within CTO.
Develops, implements, monitors and ensures that BIM project standards are implemented in all project stages.
Provides direction and guidance to the HOS related to BIM implementation.
Identifies, monitors and controls the BIM activities across various projects and ensures inter dependencies.
Monitors BIM resource demands and allocations to ensure that the right people are allocated to the right project.
Applies “Lessons learned” knowledge related to BIM usage from previous projects to future projects.
Identifies Stakeholders and establishes communication plan to deliver accurate, consistent, and timely information.
