1. Handling all Hiring processes, and social insurance forms 1,2,6.
2. Prepare and update employee files.
3. Complete the hiring process in the system, accurately entering and updating employee data.
4. Prepare insurance files for new employees.
5. Monitor the expiration of probationary periods and work contracts on specified dates
6. Resolve issues related to labor and insurance office inspections.
7. Prepare employee allowances and forward them to the COM&BEN Department
