Territory Sales Manager

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB


As a Territory Sales Manager you will be responsible for achieving the unit’s sales plan (quantity and cash) and his profitability by adhering to measurement of Performance Indicators of the company, this includes setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and providing training and support to sales team. The Territory Sales Manager also tracks sales performance and identifies opportunities for improvement.


ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieving distribution and deployment goals.
  • Follow-up of the results and analysis of the territory's indicators
  • Achieving the regional sales plan (quantity, cash- and profitability)
  • Ensures that the company's sales efforts are aligned with the overall business goals.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to sales team and work on their development and elevating their capabilities to improve their performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Track sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Follow-up on the status of the company's assets located in the outlets in accordance with the company's policy to ensure the effectiveness and appearance of the company's assets at the outlets.


ARE THSES YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • +8 years of experience in FMCG is a must with a minimum of 2 years of people management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in English language in reading, speaking, and writing
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills – advanced communication skills, able to interact with and persuade individuals at senior levels as well as to participate actively in meetings.
  • Ability to lead by influence and drive sales results.
