Maintenance Manager

  • Creating and implementing maintenance programs to enhance operational machines efficiency and decrease downtime with commitments to safety standards.
  • Check incoming work orders for completeness and interact with Operations execution supervisor to assess job status in the field before finalizing the plan.
  • installing new production line machines and utilities with scheduling all tasks needed to complete installation works without any delay.
  • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Planning and supervising on projects inside the factory, starting by sorting tasks needed for applying projects, determining responsibilities and estimating time plan for each needed task.
  • Coordinate with various sections of the different Departments, prepare plan/schedule and follow up the Preventive Maintenance and modification activities to facilitate timely completion.
  • Update maintenance status for all factory machines.
  • Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
  • Producing technical and financial comparison between different vendors or contractors to support effective cost value related to the quality and cost. 
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering - hydraulic10 Years of experience in a similar field.Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).Proven experience as maintenance manager or another managerial role.Experience in planning maintenance operations.Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, hydraulic systems, electrical systems etc.Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipmentBudget management.Leadership and team collaboration skills.Decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
